Features

Export

• PNG / SVG / Vector PDF: File → Export. Choose the area to export and hide the working grid. The PDF is vector (selectable text and crisp lines at any zoom), ideal for professional A4/A3 sheets.
• Bill of materials (BOM): generates a PDF with the equipment and instruments of the diagram.
• Project (PDF): exports all project sheets into a single vector PDF, with an ISA tag index as the first page (Tag · Description · Sheet).

Block model and attributes

Every placed symbol is a block with its attribute schema (flow, power, material, rating, etc.). Edit those attributes in the Properties panel and the symbol updates instantly. Instrument bubbles show their ISA letters and loop number (PI-101) and their ISA-5.1 location (field, panel, DCS, BPCS, SIS or wireless) can be changed per instance.

Tags

• Auto-numbering: the toolbar button renames all equipment and instruments by family and ISA letters (P-101, P-102, PI-101, FV-201, …).

Undo / Redo

Every gesture (draw, connect, trim, move, paste, …) is recorded with a name in the history; the toolbar buttons show the action that will be undone/redone. It also supports connections and polylines.

Explicit editing (CAD)

• Grips: selecting a polyline or connection shows handles to stretch vertices, midpoints and insert/remove points, with geometric snapping (endpoint, midpoint, intersection) to any other geometry.
• Trim / Extend: toolbar tools to trim the clicked part of a polyline up to the nearest intersection or extend it to the first reference geometry.
• Multi-entity editing: Del removes connections and polylines, Ctrl+C/V/X/D and the arrow keys copy/duplicate/move them just like nodes; box selection and Ctrl+A include them.

Templates

• Project templates with predefined title blocks.
• Design your own template and reuse it.

Auto-save

The diagram state is saved automatically in the browser. Reload the page and recover your work.

Performance

Rendering and snapping use a spatial index: on large diagrams only what is near the cursor and the viewport is processed.

Layers and panels

• Layers panel (create, hide, lock).
• Properties panel (position, size, rotation, tags and block attributes).
• Validation panel (common error review).

Command line

Press Ctrl/Cmd + K to open the command line: quick actions, filtering and navigation without touching the menus.
